Inoculants and Bio-Inducer

The Most Advanced Biotechnology for Inoculants

We created the most advanced inoculation technology for sustainable agricultural production. Our formulas guarantee maximum efficiency in the process of Biological Nitrogen Fixation (FBN), essential in the development of legumes.

Special Technologies for High Performance

OPT Technology (Osmo Protective Technology)

The inclusion of osmo protective substances promotes a high metabolic and physiological performance of the microorganisms that are part of the inoculant.

Through OPT, they are able to survive for longer on the surface of the seed, they are able to better adapt to diverse agricultural environments and they are better equipped to confront adverse situations, such as water and chemical stress.

The internal protection in the microorganisms allows for a window of up to seven days when sowing, helping the farmer. Within that time span, there is no need of treating the seed once again if any eventuality where to occur.

Main Benefits

  • Greater cellular protection.
  • Greater survival and concentration of microorganisms.
  • High complementarity with insecticides and fungicides.
  • Greater viability in the containers.
  • Wide window of opportunity for sowing.

Bio Induction Technology

We are the first company to develop a bioinstigator, biotechnology that allows for the nutrition and protection from abiotic stress of legumes.

The process of Bio Induction generates molecular signals that activate early on the metabolic processes in microorganisms and plants. It allows for the growth of the legumes, as a result of a greater activity of the rhizosphere and a more effective nodulation.

Main Benefits

  • Promotes a more effective nodulation: a greater amount of good nodules that are the correct size and have the right weight and are strategically placed on the root.
  • Maximizes the Biological Fixation of Nitrogen.
  • Improves crop behavior in abiotic stressful situations, such as low temperatures, water shortages and acidity of the soil.
  • Helps resist diseases through defensive activated signals.
  • Activates microbial and vegetable physiology.
  • Acts on the germination and development of the crop.

LLI Technology

Long Life Inoculant technology allows the seeds to be treated 60 days before the sowing, along with fungicides and insecticides. This gives way to long survival of microorganisms, something unthought-of when it comes to the integration of inoculants with products of a chemical origin.

LLI Inoculants have become a powerful ally in the cutting-edge seeding industry, which offer ready to sow seeds of superior quality. The professional care guarantees the adequate dosage use with greater uniformity and distribution of the product, essential in an effective practice.

This technology marks a turning point in the inoculation because it solves the historic problem behind the practice: the available time needed to keep the microorganism alive over the seed, an essential condition for an effective nodulation.

Main Benefits

  • Allows for a more efficient and sustainable productive system.
  • Allows the producer to save time.
  • Ensures the quality of the treatment and allows for the reduction of the density of the sow.
  • Improves the implementation and surfacing of the crop.

Inoculant Technology Resistant to Drought and High Temperatures.

We develop a technology that promotes the nodulation and the efficent Biological Nitrogen Fixation, even under adverse conditions that may affect the survival of the microorganisms, such as high temperatures and drought.

This technology was developed to provide a sustainable and adaptable response to Global Warming, which translates into water and thermal stress levels that affect the productivity of the crops. There was also a need of opening up the possibility of better production to environments of limited resources, which put in danger the survival of the Inoculant, the symbiosis and the productivity of the soybean plant.

As a result of the “Induced Natural Selection”, the Inoculant is prescribed on the bases of microbail population resistent and adaptable to great degrees of difficulty, which nodule even under stressful conditions of drought and high temperatures.

Main Benefits

  • Mitigates the effects of the main problems that occur during the inoculation process.
  • Increases the production of nodules, the nodular dry mass and the vegetative biomass.
  • Tolerates below optimal conditions of storage and sow.
  • Provides advantages in marginal areas.

More Concentration, More Power

Logo HC

All our inoculants include a High Concentration HC formula that offers a smaller dosage application, the highest microorganism concentration on the seed.

This way we are able to improve the effectiveness of the pre-sowing treatments and we optimize the integration of the inoculant with other products, such as insecticides, nematicides, stimulants, enhancers, fertilizers and polymers.

  • Superior concentration of microorganisms per ml of the product.
  • The HC formula is more concentrated and stable: allows for the reduction of dosages in comparison to traditional formulas (from 33% to 45%, depending on the product.
  • The metabolic and physiological activities of the microorganisms in the interior of the inoculant remain highly effective during a longer period.
  • Professional seeding treatment process is simplified.
  • Favorable logistics with the reduction of the boxes (minor number of pallets)
  • As a sustainably developed product it uses less materials for its production (water, containers, plastic and carton).
Evaluate Quality in Detail

To ensure the efficiency of our inoculants we carry out quality tests

  • Carry out quality tests to guarantee the efficiency of our inoculants
  • Count our microorganisms: we measure how many of them go to the seed with the inoculant.
  • Evaluate nodules: we count how many we have in the root of our soybean plant and other legumes, and we observe their positioning. Thanks to our technology we are able to have nodules in the main root of the plant. This guarantees a more effective nutrients and energy reach in the development of the crop.
  • Measure the nodular dry mass: the number of nodules is important if they are big and heavy. At greater mass, the development of Biological Fixation of Nitrogen is very effective.

An excellent inoculant can reach to concentrate more than 10 billion bacteria per milliliter of inoculant. To achieve this bacterial concentration, the manufacturing process is very important. The technology used in the elaboration must maintain strict conditions of asepsis for the management of microorganisms

How are the nodules formed for Biological Nitrogen Fixation?

The inoculation of seeds is a biotechnological process by which two different types of living creatures come together: a microsymbiont (rhizobium) and a macrosymbiont (seed of a legume plant). After the union, the common structure developed is called the nodule. It is there where the beneficiary processes for both parts take place. The legume is the carbonated source needed by the microorganism and it provides the nitrogen needed to produce proteins.

Through our investigative and manufacturing programs we are able to select very specific microorganisms that can associate with the plants to enhance the productivity of the crop.

The development of the crop is greatly conditioned by the availability of nitrogen. Legumes, like soybean, because of its high protein content, must accumulate great quantities of this nutrient (nitrogen) and it cannot be only supplied by the soil. Through inoculation, the Biological Nitrogen Fixation provides a great part of the total nitrogen needed to obtain good growth and quality grains that have a high protein concentration.

What is an Inoculant?

An Inoculant is a biologically prepared solution that is applied in the treatment of seeds, industrially produced with groundbreaking technology, which allows the selected microorganism to stay alive and active so they may fixate the nitrogen to the existing crop. These are the pillars on which this high quality technology are based:

  • Selection of microorganisms and strains according to their capacity to fixate nitrogen.
  • The strategies of cellular protection through the use of external microorganism protectors.
  • The incorporation of new substances that guarantee the survival of the microorganisms.

An excellent inoculant can concentrate up to 10 billion microorganisms for 1 ml of inoculant. The manufacturing process is very important in order to get the microorganism concentration just right. When using microorganisms, the technology to be used in their elaboration must follow strict conditions of sterility.

Advantages of the Inoculation

  • Ensures greater capacity in attaching nitrogen.
  • Increases yield per hectare.
  • Improves the quality of the grains.
  • Environmental friendly practice.
  • Demands low cost per hectare.
